At TheLuvio, we take pride in the quality of our curated European brands. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with the return and refund process.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return)

Under European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you received your goods, without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Clean and free of wear.

2. Exceptions to Returns

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once the protective seal is broken or the item has been used:

  • Cosmetics and Skincare: Any personal care products that have been unsealed.
  • Edible Items: Any food or beverage products.
  • Candles: If they have been lit or removed from their original wrapping.
  • Custom-made Goods: Any products manufactured to your specific specifications.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@theluvio.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your Order Number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. We will provide you with the correct return address and a return authorization.

Please note: Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer until you receive our return instructions, as the return address may vary by product brand.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • The Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.
  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse:

  • We will email you to confirm receipt of your returned item.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please get in touch with us immediately at support@theluvio.com.

  • Include photos of the damage and the packaging.
  • Defective items are covered under our 2-Year Warranty Policy, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
