1. The 2-Year Quality Guarantee

In accordance with European Union law and our commitment to excellence, all eligible products purchased from TheLuvio come with a 2-year warranty. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects and quality issues that arise from the production process.

2. What is Covered?

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of delivery. If a product defect is attributable to manufacturing issues, our approach is straightforward:

  • We will coordinate with the manufacturer to either repair or replace the defective goods.
  • If neither repair nor replacement is feasible, we will issue a full refund for the product.

3. Warranty Exceptions

Please note that certain product categories and types of damage are excluded from this policy:

  • Excluded Categories: Due to their nature, cosmetics, skincare, edible items, and candles are not covered by the 2-year warranty.
  • Usage & Accidents: The warranty does not cover damages arising from incorrect use, neglect, lack of maintenance, or accidents occurring after the goods have been delivered.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual degradation from regular, intended usage (e.g., natural fading of fabrics over time) is not considered a manufacturing defect.
  • Unauthorized Alterations: Any modification or repair attempted by the consumer or an unauthorized third party voids the warranty.

4. Important Conditions for Claims

To ensure a smooth resolution process, please keep in mind:

  • Cleanliness Requirement: For hygiene and safety reasons, only clean products will be accepted for warranty inspection or repair. For example, footwear must be free of mud, and textiles must be laundered. Soiled items will be returned to the sender, with shipping costs covered by the consumer.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or invoice as proof of purchase.

5. How to Initiate a Warranty Claim

6. Shipping in Warranty Cases

If we request that the item be returned for inspection, we will provide you with specific instructions and addresses. If the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing issue, TheLuvio or our manufacturing partner will cover the necessary shipping or repair costs.
