Shipping & Delivery

At TheLuvio, we deliver high-quality European products directly from the manufacturers to your doorstep. Our goal is to ensure a smooth, transparent, and reliable delivery experience for our customers across the European Union and the United Kingdom.

1. Delivery Destinations

Currently, we ship to all European Union (EU) and United Kingdom (UK) countries. Note: Shipping to the USA is currently on pause due to customs regulations. We hope to resume this service in the near future.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the brands included in your order.

  • Multi-Brand Orders: Since we curate products from various independent European brands, items from different brands are shipped directly from their respective warehouses. In such cases, a separate shipping fee may apply for each brand in your cart.

3. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: Orders placed before 23:59 (GMT+2) are typically processed and dispatched the next business day.
  • Made-to-Order Items: Some of our custom or artisanal products have longer processing times. This will be specified on the individual product page.
  • Estimated Delivery Times:
    • European Union (EU): 3–8 business days.
    • United Kingdom (UK): 4–10 business days.

4. Delivery Methods

To provide the best service, we use trusted logistics partners, including DPD, DHL, FedEx, UPS, Omniva, PostNord, and Posti.

Depending on your location, your order will be delivered in one of the following ways:

  • Door-to-Door Delivery: Standard for Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Slovenia, and the UK.
  • Pickup Points (Parcel Terminals): Standard for all other EU countries. If a pickup point is not available within a 5 km radius of your address, or if the item is too large for a locker, it will be delivered to your door.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • If your order includes products from multiple brands, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package, allowing you to monitor the progress of each shipment.

6. Customs & Taxes

  • Within the EU: As TheLuvio is based in Latvia (EU) and we ship from European warehouses, there are no additional customs duties for EU residents. VAT is applied at checkout in accordance with the EU One-Stop Shop (OSS) regulations for your country.
  • United Kingdom: Orders delivered to the UK may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the buyer.
  • Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us because it was not collected from a pickup point or a delivery was refused, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
