Terms and Conditions

2. Scope of Application: These Terms apply to all orders placed by consumers and business customers. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the buyer’s country of residence apply in the event of a conflict.

3. Conclusion of the Contract: A purchase is deemed concluded when the Buyer completes the checkout process, accepts these Terms, and completes payment. Upon placing an order, the Buyer receives an automated confirmation email. Due to our automated fulfillment system, orders are typically processed the following business day.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are shown in EUR.
  • OSS Compliance: For consumers in the EU, VAT is charged at the applicable rate in the country of delivery. The final price is calculated at checkout after the delivery address is provided.
  • For business customers with a valid EU VAT number, the reverse charge mechanism may apply.
  • Accepted payment methods: Stripe, PayPal.

5. Delivery and Shipping

  • Shipping Zones: We currently ship to the European Union and the United Kingdom.
  • Methods: Delivery is made via courier (door-to-door) or to a pickup point, depending on the destination and item size.
  • Multiple Shipments: If you order products from different brands, they may arrive in separate packages with unique tracking numbers.
  • Inspection: Upon receipt, the Buyer must inspect the packaging. Visible damage must be recorded with the courier at the time of delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return) Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days without reason.

  • Exceptions: Cosmetics, edible items, and candles cannot be returned if unsealed or used for health and hygiene reasons. Custom-made items are also exempt.
  • Condition: Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in a clean condition.
  • Cost: The Buyer bears the cost of return shipping.

7. Governing Law: The laws of the Republic of Latvia govern these Terms. Disputes shall be resolved amicably or submitted to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (PTAC) and the European ODR platform.

2. Refund & Return Policy

At TheLuvio, we want you to be delighted with your purchase.

How to start a return:

  1. Email support@theluvio.com within 14 days of receiving your goods.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. We will provide instructions and the return address.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected (typically within five business days of arrival), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective.

3. 2-Year Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of our European suppliers. All products (excluding cosmetics, edible items, and candles) come with a 2-year legal guarantee.

Warranty Terms:

  • Coverage: Manufacturing defects and faults for which the producer is responsible.
  • Resolution: We will repair or replace the defective item. If neither is possible, a full refund will be issued.
  • Exclusions: Damages from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear are not covered.
  • Requirement: Any item sent for warranty repair must be clean. Soiled items will be rejected.

4. Product Representations

Product Appearance & Color Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our products as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see depend on your monitor settings and display capabilities, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will be 100% accurate. Furthermore, since many of our products are made from natural materials (such as leather or wood), minor variations in grain and shade are a hallmark of authentic craftsmanship.

5. Shipping Information

Where we ship: We ship to all EU countries and the UK. Note: Shipping to the USA is currently on pause.

Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the supplier. Since we curate products from various European brands, shipping is charged per supplier to ensure the fastest direct delivery to you.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • EU: 3-8 business days.
  • UK: 4-10 business days.
  • Orders are processed and shipped the next business day.

Delivery Partners: Your order will be handled by leading logistics providers, including DPD, DHL, FedEx, UPS, or local postal services.
